Involvement At Kansas School
JT's Kansas School Life
To say JT Clore has been highly involved at Kansas School would be a major understatement. JT is involved with almost every student-led event or activity that goes on at Kansas. Even kindergartners know JT and make sure to say hi in the hallways. During his time at Kansas JT has received many awards and honors. JT has been given many opportunities at Kansas, and he hopes to be able to give more opportunities as a board member.
Morning Announcements
Have you heard that voice greeting everyone every morning over the PA? Well, that would be JT Clore. Midway through the 2021-2022 school year JT took over the morning announcements. He began writing scripts, picking out agriculture facts to include, and grabbing that phone every morning! Starting in January and only ending on the last day of school in May, JT would make sure everything that needed announced would be. JT also recruited another student to help say the announcements with him.
Kindergarten
As stated, JT has attended Kansas School starting in Kindergarten in 2010. His teacher was Mrs. Nicholson. He loved Kindergarten and was so proud to wear his "cap" at Kindergarten graduation. Like most kids JT enjoyed snack time and of course not sleeping during nap time.
Continued Education
From Kindergarten JT continued his education at Kansas. He walked the stage for his 8th grade graduation, after having some laughs with his friends beforehand. Afterwards was spent taking pictures with both friends and family, and then looking back at jr. high. In this picture JT is holding up his 8th grade diploma as well as his American Legion Award.
Awards and Recognitions
Throughout his time at Kansas School JT has received many different awards, honors, and recognitions. Ranging from elementary awards like the "B.U.G" and "All A's" awards to various different high school awards. During high school JT has received awards like Honor Roll, High Honors, Student of the Month, Perfect Attendance, Highest Fruit Sales in FFA, and the American Legion Award.

JT has served on the student council every year of his high school career. Through serving on the student council he has taken part in the planning of various school-wide events. JT has helped in the planning of homecoming dances, homecoming week events, and various dress-up days throughout the school year. In this picture JT and the rest of his class pose after winning the spirit stick during the homecoming assembly.
